After seeing her husband Aubrey come home every day loving his job, Rhonda made the decision to transition out of healthcare. Rhonda had spent many years in healthcare management and sales, traveling all over the United States. Growing up in West Texas and loving the chance to be closer to home, the chance to join Aubrey in a thriving Real Estate business came in 2016 and they have never looked back. Together they have grown Hines Real Estate Group and in 2020 they realized that it was time to add some additional Realtors to the team.
