Rare opportunity to own a private aviation estate on 11.43 acres along Highway 70, just one mile west of Springlake, Texas. This unique property combines a substantial brick home with a private 2,900' asphalt runway, three aircraft hangars, operational fuel facilities, agricultural aviation infrastructure, barn, and beautiful established grounds. The residence offers approximately 2,975 SF of above-grade living space plus an approximately 600 SF finished basement, for approximately 3,575 SF of finished space. The one-story home includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, formal living room, large den, heated and cooled sunroom, laundry room, and an oversized attached 2-car garage with abundant storage and workspace. This well-maintained home has the character of a traditional West Texas estate, with generously sized rooms, numerous windows, extensive built-in desks and shelving, and a large den featuring a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. The kitchen and bathrooms are functional and well maintained, while offering an excellent opportunity for selective updating. Opening the kitchen into the adjoining den could create an impressive open-concept living and entertaining space. Outside, expansive front and back yards are surrounded by mature trees and established windbreaks. A concrete circle drive and brick-column fencing add to the home's presence. The heated and cooled sunroom overlooks the backyard, and the private runway lies immediately beyond the rear of the property—you can walk out of the backyard and onto your own runway. The hangars are approximately 1/2 mile east, just a short golf cart ride from the house. A 30' x 40' barn with concrete floor and electricity provides additional storage or workspace. The property is served by a private well and septic system and has natural gas. The 2,900' x 18' asphalt runway is oriented 09-27 and was professionally crack sealed and treated with a rubberized asphalt emulsion coating in March 2026. Threshold lighting at each end operates automatically by photocell. The overhead power line near the approach to Runway 27 has been relocated underground. Aviation improvements include a 61' x 58' insulated main hangar with 60' bifold door, a 50' x 40' hangar with 50' bifold door, and an approximately 25' x 80' double hangar with two tail extensions. All hangars have concrete floors, power, and water. The operational fueling and agricultural aviation facilities include a 14,000-gallon Jet-A tank plumbed to the loadout pad, water and water storage, power, fuel hose, chemical storage, one 1,400-gallon Avgas tank, and two additional 500-gallon Avgas tanks. Few properties offer the opportunity to live alongside your own paved runway with extensive hangar, fueling, and aviation infrastructure already in place. Whether for an agricultural aviation operation, private pilot, aircraft collector, or buyer looking to create an exceptional West Texas aviation property, this is a truly unique offering.
